This website has no form, sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and adds no audience measurement script. To see how much the site is visited (pages viewed, visitors' country of origin), I use the statistics provided by the host, Cloudflare, calculated from the requests its servers receive. The level test runs in your browser: your answers are neither recorded nor sent anywhere.
If you contact me by e-mail or phone, I use the information you give me (name, contact details, content of your message) to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a course. This processing relies on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and on my legitimate interest in answering the requests sent to me. This information is neither sold nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes. It is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a course takes place, for the periods required by accounting and legal obligations.
Like any website, the host processes technical data, in particular your IP address, to display the site and protect it. For more information, see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. Student area
This website links to my student area (espace-pro-fle.pages.dev), used to book and follow lessons. I am responsible for the data you enter there or that I record there.
Data concerned. Name, e-mail address, booking requests (date, time, duration, optional message) and submitted homework (title and date). For teaching follow-up, I also keep a file for each student (level, pace, progress, lesson notes), visible only to me. Each student sees only their own information in their area: upcoming lessons, homework, invoices (number, amount, status) and summaries of their lessons. Other students' time slots appear as busy, without names. For a student who is a minor, the account is opened in the name of a parent or legal guardian, with their agreement; their name and e-mail address are then recorded.
Purposes and legal basis. Managing bookings and lesson follow-up, sending invoices and messages related to the lessons. Legal basis: performance of the training contract.
Recipients. Only me. My technical providers: Google (Firebase), for data hosting and sign-in (by a link sent by e-mail or with a Google account). The database is hosted in Europe (Belgium and the Netherlands). To write some reports intended for training organisations, I may send the text of my lesson notes to Anthropic's API (Claude model), only when I run that function. Some of these providers (Google, Anthropic) may, however, process data outside the European Union. No data is sold or passed on for commercial purposes.
Retention. A student's account and the data in the area (bookings, summaries) are deleted one year after their last lesson. Invoices issued are kept by me for 10 years, outside the area, to meet my accounting obligations.
Cookies and storage. The student area uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tool. It keeps in your browser only what is needed for sign-in and operation. It loads scripts from Google, unpkg and jsDelivr and queries a public weather service (Open-Meteo): these services receive your IP address.
Your rights. To request access to, correction of or deletion of your account, write to rudy.guillouet@gmail.com. Invoices already issued must be kept for the legal period.
